Cancellations, Exchanges, And Refunds
Unfortunately, we are unable to take payments over the phone. But if you need help with paying online, we’d be happy to walk you through the process. Simply give us a call.
If you’ve had a quick rethink, we can action an amendment or cancellation, provided you inform us before dispatch. Please get in touch
Before confirming an order, please check it carefully as some phone models have really similar names. Our phone cases are designed with your phone model in mind, so they are not transferable with other models. We will be happy to exchange an incorrect item for the right one on safe return to us. Please get in contact with our customer service team at sales@snakehive.co.uk to receive a free returns label. Please note that we will be unable to offer an exchange on items that have been personalised. These are yours to keep!
In this case, we’ll happily send out the correct item and will enclose a stamped addressed envelope for you to return it to us. (No charges apply). Please let our Customer Services Team know and they will be able to get this sorted for you.
We offer a no-quibble money-back guarantee on all unwanted items returned to us within 30 days* in an unused condition. *Excluding Almost Perfect Items
Please note that we will be unable to offer a refund on items that have been personalised (unless they have a manufacturing defect)These are yours to keep!
For Almost Perfect items, we have a separate 14-day returns window if the product is returned in a saleable and near-perfect condition.
As pre-loved items, we hope you’ll understand that we cannot offer a 12-month warranty or exchanges.

Postage & Delivery
We send all our UK orders by Royal Mail Second Class post. Any items ordered before 4 pm from Monday to Friday will be posted out the same day. UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days.
